Do I pay anything if the claim is unsuccessful?
No. Our fees are success based , so in the unlikely event of a claim failing, there would simply be no charge.What are the fees?

None-All paperwork required by HM Revenue & Customs is obtained by us even before we contact you.What is the form I am signing?
The form is for HM Revenue & Customs only.Will I receive a formal engagement letter?
Yes-Signed by us confirming our No Win/No Fee.What if I already have an accountant acting for me?
No Problem- Our involvement covers only the claim and in no way overlaps with the work of an existing agent, whose appointment remains throughout. On completion of your claim , our appointment is simply deleted from HM Revenue & Customs records.Do I need to notify my accountant that Shareworks(Tax) Ltd are dealing with this matter?
No we are acting in respect of this claim only on a stand alone basis and have no wish to interfere with your accountants ongoing day to day work.How long does the claim take?
Having many years experience with HM Revenue & Customs, we can normally secure a refund within 8-10 weeks following submission of the claim.What if I have never paid any Income Tax?
No refund of Tax will be due to you.What if my tax affairs are in arrears – Can you help me?
Yes we can. We are registered personal Tax consultants and as such can advise and assist on a wide range of tax issues.Is the claim in respect of Company or Personal Tax?
Personal tax. The claim is in no way related to the tax the company may or may not have paid.What if I have already received 20% EIS relief at the outset on my Investment will I still have a valid claim?
Yes your claim will still be valid however this will be reduced to 80% of your investment.What if my current Tax Return is outstanding with HM Revenue & Customs?
We will be delighted to complete your current year Tax Return 'Free of charge'.I held outstanding loans and Personal Guarantees to the company, can anything be done with these?
Yes they can and we will be happy to advise you further in this matter.I also held Preference shares in the company can anything be claimed in this respect?
Yes it can and we would be pleased to advise you further in this matter.My colleagues or family members who held shares in the same company did not receive a letter from you?
The claim is only available to Individuals who acquired shares via allotment directly from the company and they must have either paid cash or made a cash like subscription for the shares and held them at the date of failure of the Company.
If they still consider they have valid claims please ask them to contact us and we will be pleased to clarify this with them.What if I have already had a claim rejected by HM Revenue and Customs?
We can approach HM Revenue & Customs on your behalf if a claim has been submitted either by you or an agent if we feel there are grounds for this to be looked at again, indeed we have successfully reopened cases on several occasions and of course our ‘No Win/No Fee’ basis still applies.What if the company still owes money to HM Revenue & Customs- Can I still make a claim?
Yes the Company’s tax position is totally irrelevant and has no bearing on your claim.What if I have an outstanding debt to HM Revenue & Customs?
If any tax is owed this will be deducted from any repayment negotiated on your behalf.Can I apply on-line?
