Co-founder and Director since formation, Roy has a wealth of taxation experience extending to all forms of Personal and Corporate tax compliance and planning.

Having joined H M Revenue and Customs during the seventies, Roy soon went on to work in the City of London and then Bristol for successive top five practices at Tax Manager level before concentrating on the development of his own personal consultancy.

Over the past 22 years this consultancy has specialised in the securing of Capital Loss claims, particularly where those Losses relate to the Ordinary share capital of recently failed Companies.

His extensive knowledge and experience of different scenarios also provides a perfect platform with which to address and harness taxation opportunities for Director/Shareholders of unquoted Companies especially in this volatile financial climate.

Clint first gained personal tax experience working with H M Revenue Customs in 1977 where he remained until 1988 joining Barclays Bank Trust Company Ltd as a Tax Senior assisting with the taxation maintenance and planning of high wealth individuals and their portfolios.

In July of 1990 Clint decided to broaden his taxation knowledge and joined a medium sized Chartered Accountancy tax practice as Assistant Tax Manager dealing with all aspects of Personal Taxation and latterly Corporate issues but it is here that specialisation with Share Losses and associated tax opportunities became focused.

In February 2002 he jointly co-founded Shareworks (Tax) Limited to concentrate solely on Share Loss claims exploiting the considerable general taxation expertise which is often required to progress and conclude successful claims.
